Laycock Group started in the early 2000’s with the formation of Laycock Electrical Contractors carrying out general electrical work. LEC continues to build reputable relationships with an evergrowing client base completing work across the North East in both the domestic and commercial sectors. We have an exceptionally professional and hardworking team allowing us to provide invaluable training to our up-and-coming engineers.

Following the success of LEC, the company branched into the residential lettings and management sector. Our goal for Laycock Property Management and Maintenance (LPMM) is aimed at taking the high level of service provided from LEC into helping all of our landlords and tenants.
